Return & Refund Policy — Liscea

At Liscea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we make returning it as easy as possible.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you wish to return all or part of it.

2. Return shipping: 100% free

So you can shop with complete peace of mind, return shipping costs are fully covered by Liscea. We send you a prepaid return label as soon as we receive your request.

3. Conditions for returns

To receive a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed and complete.

  • Be returned in their original packaging (or in packaging that protects them during transport).

Legal exclusions (exceptions to the right of return):

In accordance with the law, returns are not accepted for the following items:

  1. Personalised products or items made to your specifications.

  2. Perishable goods (products that expire quickly).

  3. Goods sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons that were unsealed by the customer after delivery (e.g. underwear, opened skincare or cosmetics).

4. How to make a return

  1. Request a return: Contact our customer service by e-mail at lisceaa@gmail.com or by phone at +33 7 49 01 15 04, giving your name and order number.

  2. Receive your label: Our team will send you a prepaid return label to print.

  3. Prepare your parcel: Put the product back in its original packaging, stick the prepaid label on the parcel and drop it off at the indicated collection point.

5. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we have received and inspected your returned parcel, your refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days.

  • Refund method: The refund is automatically made to the payment method used for your original purchase (card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is processed.

6. Damaged or defective items & commercial guarantee (90 days)

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not match your order:

  • Contact us immediately with a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  • Liscea commercial guarantee (90 days): In addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, Liscea offers a 90-day commercial guarantee from the date you receive your order, to help you quickly if there is any quality issue.
